Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Email and Social Media Marketing Campaign Briefing

  • Assist in executing email and social media marketing calendar, working with cross functional teams
  • Brief on creative and correlated email elements, to coordinate an email proof for approval with Manager
  • Manage internal approvals & ensure proper deployment scheduling, according to campaign calendar

 

Support on Creative Development of Digital Marketing Assets

  • Ability to brief design team on web and email graphic requirements, including writing deliverables lists with: spec requirements, intentional messaging hierarchy, and tailored copy at a per asset basis based on best practice
  • Understand brand guidelines when briefing creative
  • Keen eye for detail in reviewing completed graphics for accuracy
  • Packaging assets upon approval, and preparing for brief of web and/or email launch

 

Manage Day-to-Day Execution of  Platform

  • Review app consistently, ensuring content is up-to-date, and flagging any maintenance required to Manager
  • Lead execution of push notifications from app, including: ensuring best practices are met, and appropriate approvals are achieved prior to launch

 

Who you are / what you bring:

  • 0-2 years of experience in digital advertising
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage execution of email campaigns with digital producers
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure online user behavior, website performance, and digital campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in using a project manager software to coordinate digital marketing campaign execution. A self-starter mentality, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work autonomously and multi-task under pressure
  • A proven track record of building positive and productive working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external agency/vendor partners
  • A comfort with proactive and dynamic working nature
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge in analytics tools and digital media ad-platform (Google Ads, Tik-Tok, Youtube, Instgram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Sports Industry or Media Agency experience is an asset
  • Google Search Engine Marketing experience preferred
