Currently, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for providing marketing strategies and developing sales plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will assist in improving systems, maximizing value, and developing efficiencies.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage budgets, and evaluates sales performance.
- Coordinate sales activities with teams
- Work with the Marketing team to launch and modify marketing campaigns from time to time
- Establish effective working relations with the Co-op Agent and other members of the Sales team
- Advice on product development stages on floorplans, and amenity spaces in response to market feedback
- Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
- Prospect for new clients/condo buildings and generate sales for the Sales division
- Maintain and build on existing relationships with client
- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports, and annual sales reports
What You Need To Bring
- Prior experience required as a Marketing Manager in the field of commercial property management, specifically within the context of shopping malls, or real estate development
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
- Required experience in Email marketing, Social Media platforms, SMS, Wechat, Whatsapp, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to speak, write, read and understand: English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiently
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, marketing or related field an asset
