95 Development Inc. is one of Toronto’s most innovative and leading construction companies specializing in high-quality developments with a focus on architectural quality and service excellence.We are currently seeking a senior-level Architect to join our quickly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in Mid and High rise building design, Project Management, construction, and thorough knowledge of Ontario building code.
Requirements:
- We are open to all candidates with appropriate education, training, experience and licensed with OAA
- Had designed multiple mid-rise to hi-rise residential and commercial projects within the last 10 years
- Responsible for providing strategic leadership for in-house technical team
- Oversees plans and comments to construction projects to ensure smooth process flow between 3rd party consultants and construction site
- Provides technical expertise to senior management in identifying and solving design conflicts and potential construction issues, developing an overall review procedure for in-house technical team
- Knowledge in general contracting in a management capacity, with broad knowledge in the civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural disciplines (residential and commercial)
- Proven experience in strategy development, change management, initiating and managing multiple projects and coordinating teams of a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing staff and the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff and teams
- Advance AutoCAD drafting skills. Working knowledge of using Autodesk Revit or BIMÂ
